Faith Journal Ideas: Pocket Reporter Journal

Faith Journal ideas are a little different from Prayer Journals because they observe and report. At least for me they do. However, I’ve got a new twist on how you can put together what I’d like to call a “Pocket Reporter” Journal. This type of Journal fits in your back pocket or in your bag. It’s for one thing only: Observing how God responds to your prayer. This will also help you evaluate yourself in your relationship with Jesus.

One of the first places I developed my own Faith Journal from was PocketMod. This is a site where you can design a personal organizer and print it out. I’ve used this site for years developing different types of Faith Journals and Prayer Journals.

Faith Journal Ideas on a Budget: Keeping it Simple

Out of all the Faith Journaling ideas you’ll hear about nothing beats just stapling some paper together, labeling the front, and putting int your pocket. It’s all about readiness. Did you see something or experience something you want to remember? Can you break it out at a moment’s notice and see how God responded to your faith in the circumstance? Cutting some printing paper into fours and stapling them together is as easy as it gets. Remember, you’re focused on availability and readiness. It doesn’t have to look pretty to serve its purpose.

Hopefully this will help you organize your thoughts as you work to communicate with God and observe what he’s doing around you daily.

The one in the video above is a little bigger than what I am talking about, but it is very unique and looks great! Just one of the man Faith Journal ideas out there! Let’s see what you come up with! Good luck! Here are some final thoughts: Remember this is to help you observe Jesus in your life and how he responds to your faith, how to guard your mind against negativity, and how to discipline your emotions through writing down the things you need to have faith that God will address. You’d be surprised how you mature in your walk with God.
