During his military career, he served in roles such as Assistant Public Affairs Officer and Newspaper Editor/Operations Manager, managing communications efforts and producing written content for diverse audiences. He also held leadership positions within a Seabee Battalion, helping lead and support teams of up to 50 personnel while emphasizing service, mentorship, and mission readiness.
In his professional career, Pastor Penn has continued to focus on communication, documentation, and collaboration across government, education, and technology environments. His work often involves translating complex information into clear guidance, producing instructional materials, and supporting teams through structured processes.
