This week’s Thursday morning prayer focuses on transition and joy. Whatever you’re going through right now, consider it all joy.
Transitions can often feel unsettling, but as Christians, we have every reason to approach them with joy! Remember Philippians 4:4, which encourages us to “rejoice in the Lord always.” Each change presents a unique opportunity to grow in faith and trust in God’s perfect plan for our lives.
Instead of dreading the unknown, we can embrace it, believing that every transition is a step towards becoming who we were created to be. When we shift our perspective, focusing on gratitude and the blessings that come with each new season, we can experience joy, even amidst uncertainty. So, let’s celebrate these moments together, knowing that God is with us every step of the way!

Thursday Morning Prayer: Remember, It will be ok
Heavenly Father,
As we gather for this Thursday morning prayer, we pause to acknowledge the transitions that come our way. Life is full of changes, and while they can be unsettling, Your Word reminds us to anchor our joy in You. Help us to find comfort in Philippians 4:4 as we “rejoice in the Lord always.” May we learn to celebrate each step forward, trusting that You are with us.
In times of uncertainty, remember us, Lord, and guide our hearts. Our worries can get the best of us. We find ourselves responding to our emotions rather than to you. Forgive us Lord, and help us all be better. Let us find solace in the promise of Isaiah 41:10, knowing You are right beside us, strengthening and upholding us through every change. May our hearts remain joyful, grounded in Your unfailing love and wisdom as we navigate the roads ahead.
If anyone is feeling anxious or overwhelmed by an upcoming transition, I invite you to submit a prayer request so we can lift you up in prayer and walk with you through this journey.
In Your faithful name, we pray. Amen.
