2 Corinthians 12:9
“But He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
Sunday Blessing: May you remind someone today that God’s grace is enough. Speak encouragement to those who feel weak and tell them that His power shines brightest in their hardest moments.
2 Corinthians 4:16
“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.”
Sunday Blessing: Bless someone who feels weary this week. Pray that they will find renewal each day through God’s quiet strength working within them.
2 Corinthians 1:3–4
“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles.”
Sunday Blessing: Offer comfort to someone who is hurting. May they feel the peace of God that wraps around them like a warm embrace.
2 Corinthians 5:7
“For we live by faith, not by sight.”
Sunday Blessing: Bless a friend who is walking through uncertainty. Pray that their faith will grow even when the road ahead is unclear.
2 Corinthians 4:8–9
“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.”
Sunday Blessing: Speak courage into someone who feels overwhelmed. May they know that God has not abandoned them and that His strength will help them stand firm.
2 Corinthians 9:8
“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
Sunday Blessing: Remind others that God’s provision never fails. May they see His blessings in the small details of their day and trust that He will meet every need.
2 Corinthians 10:4
“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds.”
Sunday Blessing: Pray strength over someone who is fighting a battle. May they rely on God’s power to bring victory and peace to their hearts.
2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!”
Sunday Blessing: Bless someone beginning a new chapter. Remind them that in Christ, they are made new and free from the weight of the past.
2 Corinthians 13:11
“Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.”
Sunday Blessing: Speak peace over your home and community. May love guide your words, unity strengthen your relationships, and the peace of God rest upon everyone you meet.
A Sunday Prayer for Strength
Heavenly Father, thank You for this Sunday.
Fill us with Your strength and teach us to bless others.
Renew our hearts and help us walk by faith.
Let these Bible verses about strength remind us that Your grace is always enough.
