Praying for our Missionaries is something we all need to do more. They risk their lives to share the Gospel. According to reports, more new faces will take to the field.
According to the International Mission Board, its trustees approved the appointment of 39 new full-time, fully funded missionaries and unanimously elected the next vice president of global engagement during their Feb. 4–5 meeting in Charleston, South Carolina. Trustees met in conjunction with a Sending Celebration for new appointees hosted by First Baptist Church, Charleston.
From the Mail Room: Praying for a Canadian Missionary

Tonight we pray for “M. Grace”. M’s story of endurance as a Missionary is heart wrenching, and we pray M. Grace can find the help needed:
Prayer Request (From M.Grace):
Please pray for me. I was nearly killed for my faith as a missionary and lost my health due to being so severely tortured when I served God in a very dangerous part of the world. I do not have enough money for food, medicine, supplies or a good place to live due to lack of money and not being able to work due to losing my health for the sake of Christ. I also am experiencing danger and trauma from a very bad abusive landlord and my family members are not helping me and are not there for me the way I need them to be. It is a lot to bear and I cry. No churches are helping me.
May we add your Prayer Request to our TV Show for everyone to pray for you? :
Yes. I want people who watch your show to pray for me.
Join us in prayer:
Loving Father,
We come to You in this moment of deep need, lifting up M. Grace before You. Lord, we acknowledge the immense suffering endured in the name of faith and recognize the pain and struggles that weigh heavily.
We ask for Your healing touch to cover M. Grace’s body and spirit, restoring what has been lost to the trials faced during their service to You. In addition, Provide the daily necessities of life—food, medicine, and safe shelter—through these challenging circumstances.
Futhermore, provide protection against the dangers present in life, especially regarding the abusive landlord. Grant courage to stand firm and the wisdom to seek the resources and support needed during this time of distress.
Father, we pray for a transformation in the relationships that bring heartache. Please mend the bonds with family for support and love. We also ask for the church community to awaken to the needs of their members and extend help where it is lacking.
May M. Grace feel Your comforting presence in dark moments, reminding them they are never alone. Encourage them to find hope and strength in You, and may Your love be a guiding light through these trials.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
