Today I greet you with the last Sunday Morning Prayer of 2025. Can you believe it? Another year is ending, and God is still on the throne. So much has changed around us, yet He remains faithful. He never stopped working, even when life felt uncertain. I pray that we all step into 2026 with hearts full of gratitude and eyes fixed on Him.

As you rise this morning, think about everything God has brought you through. It wasn’t a perfect year, but there were good moments. The first half felt strong for me. In the second half, I lost some momentum. Yet the Lord carried me through every challenge. Even in my working days, He stood by me.
Sometimes we forget that we are not in charge. We try to control our lives and lose sight of His plan. When I return to submission, peace replaces pride. I look back and say, “Lord, You didn’t have to do it, but You did.” I could have been broken, sick, or gone. But God kept me here, and I thank Him.
