Today’s Tuesday Prayer Time is all about healing, not just your internal, but your external areas you operate in.
As I was walking today, I realized that the Lord Jesus Christ has done a great deal in healing my external spaces that I deal with daily. Nowadays I’m in my garden spots, I’m relaxing in my basement, and I’m loving my scenic view at the top of the hill I live on.
Things are going well; I feel great, and it all begins with praying for everything. So I came to this question: How are you praying for healing? It’s something I’m sure you’ve never thought about because prayer is prayer, right? My question is more conceptual than subjective. So when it comes to praying with a bigger picture in mind, here are three levels you should pray at today:
- Pray Over Your Spaces: Where you live, the things you touch, pray over all of it.
- Pray Over Your Friends, Family: Everyone that touches your life daily should be prayed over
- Pray Over Yourself: You know what pains you, pray over it.

3 Prayers For Your Tuesday Prayer Time
Keep in mind I’m not a fancy person, so these prayer prompts hopefully will help you on your journey today. Take what is written here and let it be a guide for what you need prayer for:
Praying Over Your Spaces
Lord, I thank you for waking me up to a new day. As I walk through my home I take in all you’ve blessed me with. I am well aware it could be so, so much different.
Realizing I could be accused by Satan any moment, help me remain focused on what I have and why. I ask that you protect all that you’ve blessed me with. Help me never to forget you are my Provider.
Praying Over Friends, Family
Heavenly Father, I ask you to tend to the needs of my friends and family. Help me be a connoisseur of joy daily. When they forget the joy you’ve given them, help me gently remind them of your promises. Please, Lord, help them to remember to consider others, even me, when it comes to emotional weights and words. It is easy to put ourselves on an island each day. We must think of others.
Praying Over Myself
Lord, I find myself carrying more than I should. Forgive my lack of focus and help me reset each day you give me. There are moments where I feel I’ve given everything I’ve got, ignoring my own mental and physical health. I need to get better in making sure I’m good in these spaces. Provide healthy boundaries to guide me and to help others think of others when they don’t. Help those who have a hard time saying no when they need to.
And we of course, pray each of these prayers in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Stay Blessed out there.
